The problem

Your browser pixel misses purchases

WooCommerce saves every order, but a browser pixel only reports what the visitor's browser lets it send.

Ad blockers & browser privacy

Blockers and browser tracking protections can stop third-party pixels from loading or sending.

Thank-you page never loads

Payment redirects, closed tabs and slow pages mean the purchase pixel may never fire.

Less data, weaker ads

Missing purchases and thin match data make it harder for Meta to find buyers and for you to trust ROAS.

How Tagioo fixes it

Send every sale from your own server

Tagioo runs a managed server-side Google Tag Manager container on your own subdomain, and the Tagioo plugin feeds it from WooCommerce.

Before Browser pixel only

  • Purchases lost to ad blockers and browser privacy
  • Pixel depends on the thank-you page loading
  • No way to see which events actually arrived
  • Broken tracking goes unnoticed for weeks

After With Tagioo

  • Events sent through your own first-party subdomain
  • Backend purchase recovery on paid plans
  • Meta CAPI + pixel deduplicated by order ID
  • Live event log and purchase gap alerts

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need to know Google Tag Manager?

No GTM expertise needed. Tagioo's Setup Assistant generates ready-made Web and Server GTM container files; you import them, preview and publish. You need a Google account with a Web and a Server GTM container.

Will purchases be counted twice in Meta?

No. The browser pixel and the server event share the same event_id (the order ID for purchases), which Meta uses to merge them into one event.

What happens when the Free plan reaches 15,000 events?

Tagioo emails you as you approach the limit. At 15,000 events the container pauses until your 30-day cycle resets or you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.

How does the 3-day Pro trial work?

Choose Pro and add a card at checkout. You pay $0 for 3 days; after that the plan renews at $50/month plus applicable taxes unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Can I get help with setup?

Yes. Email hello@tagioo.com with your store URL and we'll help you finish the setup.

Does it work with my theme?

The plugin hooks into WooCommerce's own cart, checkout and order events rather than your theme's markup. Run a test order after setup to confirm events in GTM Preview and Meta Test Events.
