Yes. In Bangladesh, send the amount via bKash or Nagad "Send Money" to the number shown in your dashboard and enter the transaction ID — we verify it and activate your plan, usually within a few hours, always same day. Everywhere else, pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, and more) via Paddle — your plan activates instantly.
Your account stays on your current limits while we verify. Once confirmed, your plan goes active immediately, your container is (re)started if it was stopped, and your 30-day billing window starts from the confirmation date — not from when you submitted.
We email and WhatsApp you at 80% usage so you're not surprised. At 15,000 events your container pauses until either your 30-day cycle resets (free tracking resumes automatically) or you upgrade to a paid plan. No data is deleted — it just stops collecting new events until the cycle rolls over or you upgrade.
bKash/Nagad plans run for whichever cycle you pick — 30, 90, or 180 days — from the date we confirm your payment. We send reminders before your renewal date; if it lapses, you get a short grace period with tracking still running, then the container pauses until you renew via the same bKash/Nagad flow as your first payment. Card subscriptions via Paddle are monthly and renew automatically — no action needed unless you cancel.
Pick a 3-month cycle and pay 10% less than three separate monthly payments, plus we set your GTM containers up for you free (usually a self-serve step). Pick 6 months and save 20%. Same bKash/Nagad flow, one payment covers the whole cycle. These multi-month cycles apply to bKash/Nagad billing only — card subscriptions via Paddle are monthly.
