Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, and more) via Paddle — activation follows successful payment processing.
We send an email notice at 80% usage. At 15,000 events your container pauses until either your 30-day cycle resets (free tracking resumes automatically) or you upgrade to a paid plan. No data is deleted — it just stops collecting new events until the cycle rolls over or you upgrade.
Card subscriptions via Paddle are monthly and renew automatically — no action needed unless you cancel.
You can request cancellation or a downgrade. Paddle subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; use Manage card & invoices in your account. Check the effective date shown in your billing details. Manual plans require a new payment to renew.
