Privacy Policy
Tagioo ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using Tagioo, you agree to this policy.
1. Data We Collect
Account data: Name, email address, company name, website URL, and billing information provided during signup.
Tracking event data: Server-side GTM event logs generated by your website visitors passing through your container (e.g., PageView, Purchase events). This data belongs to you.
Usage data: Dashboard activity, container configuration, API requests, and system logs for security and performance monitoring.
Payment data: Transaction references for bKash, Nagad, or bank transfers. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provisioning and operating your sGTM container.
- Displaying event analytics in your dashboard.
- Processing billing and verifying payments.
- Providing customer support via email and WhatsApp.
- Monitoring infrastructure health and detecting abuse.
- Sending service notifications (plan changes, downtime, updates).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your tracking event data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Isolation
Each Tagioo customer operates an isolated Docker container. Your tracking events are processed within your container only and are not accessible to other Tagioo customers. Container data is stored on BDIX-connected servers in Bangladesh.
4. Third-Party Services
Tagioo infrastructure relies on:
- Let's Encrypt — SSL certificate issuance.
- Docker / Nginx — container and reverse proxy infrastructure.
- BDIX network — local Bangladesh internet exchange hosting.
We do not use third-party analytics, session recording, or tracking on our own dashboard.
5. Cookies
Tagioo uses a single session cookie to keep you logged into the dashboard. This cookie expires after 12 hours and is not used for cross-site tracking. The landing page does not set cookies.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Tracking event logs are retained for up to 90 days by default (configurable). Upon account termination, all data is deleted within 14 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Export your event data.
- Object to processing of your data.

8. Security
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Container access is restricted to authenticated sessions. We use HMAC-signed session cookies and scrypt password hashing. We do not store plaintext passwords.
9. Children's Privacy
Tagioo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via dashboard or email at least 14 days before taking effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
