Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tagioo ("Service"), operated by Tagioo ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Tagioo provides managed server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) container hosting, first-party domain routing, and event analytics for ecommerce businesses and marketing agencies. We provision, maintain, and monitor isolated Docker containers on your behalf.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. One account per person or business entity.
3. Plans, Billing & Payment
Plans are billed monthly. Payment is accepted via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Subscriptions activate upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Free plan: up to 15,000 events per month at no charge.
- Paid plans: monthly event limits as described on the pricing page.
- Exceeding your plan limit may result in service throttling or suspension until the next billing period or an upgrade.
- Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions already paid, except where required by Bangladeshi consumer law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tagioo to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Circumvent security measures of third-party platforms.
- Misrepresent conversion data to ad platforms in a fraudulent manner.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
- Conduct activities that excessively burden our infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
Tagioo retains ownership of the platform, dashboard, and all associated software. You retain full ownership of your tracking data, GTM containers, and website configurations. We do not claim any rights to your data.
6. Data & Privacy
We process tracking event data solely to provide the Service to you. Your data is stored in isolated containers and is not shared with other customers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party dependencies (Cloudflare, DNS propagation, Docker upstream issues, Bangladesh BDIX network incidents) outside our control.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity harmful to other users or our infrastructure. Upon termination, your container and associated data will be deleted after a 14-day grace period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tagioo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any month is limited to the amount you paid us in that month.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that ad platform integrations will function uninterruptedly, or that results (conversion recovery, ROAS improvement) will match your expectations.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
